Case Overview:

The claim in this case was that the defendants misdiagnosed OCD (Osteochondritis Dissecans) of talus as an ankle sprain. The defense wanted to show that in this patient the osteochondral lesion was in a very early stage and was adjacent to the ligaments typically injured in a low ankle sprain. The jury found in favor of the defense.
